3. Digital Product Delivery
Most products sold by WebSaathi Technologies are digital in nature. After successful payment, the customer may receive the product through a download link, PDF file, Google Drive link, Notion link, email, WhatsApp message, or website redirect page.
Once the digital file, download page, access link, or product details are delivered to the customer, the order will be considered successfully completed.
4. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Since digital products can be downloaded, copied, saved, accessed, or used immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds after the product has been delivered.
Once the digital file is downloaded or access is provided to the customer, no refund, cancellation, exchange, or return will be accepted.

5. Refunds Will Not Be Provided In These Cases

- If the customer changes their mind after purchase.

- If the customer fails to read the product details before purchase.

6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all product details before making a purchase. This includes product description, features, usage instructions, platform compatibility, file type, software requirements, and technical limitations.
After purchase, the customer is responsible for safely downloading, storing, and backing up the purchased files.
7. Payment Terms

WebSaathi Technologies does not store sensitive payment details such as card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password, or wallet credentials.
8. Product Access

If the customer faces any genuine issue in accessing the file, they may contact our support team with valid payment proof.
9. License & Usage

The customer is not allowed to resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, leak, or publicly distribute our digital products without written permission from WebSaathi Technologies.

Once work has started, advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the project scope and work completed.
15. Revisions & Changes
Revisions are provided only as per the package or agreement. Any additional changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Major design changes, new features, extra pages, third-party integrations, or changes after final approval may require additional payment.
16. Delivery Timeline
We try our best to deliver products and services within the promised timeline. However, delivery may be affected due to client delays, missing content, technical issues, hosting issues, third-party platform issues, or unavoidable circumstances.
WebSaathi Technologies shall not be responsible for delays caused by the client or third-party service providers.
17. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our products or services may involve third-party platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Razorpay, Google Drive, Notion, Meta, Google Ads, hosting providers, domain providers, plugins, APIs, or other external services.
WebSaathi Technologies is not responsible for any downtime, policy changes, errors, pricing changes, account suspension, or service interruption caused by third-party platforms.
18. Account & Credential Responsibility
If the customer shares website login, hosting login, domain login, admin access, API keys, or other credentials with us, they are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of those details.
We use such credentials only for the purpose of completing the assigned work.
19. Limitation of Liability
WebSaathi Technologies will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, financial, technical, business, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Customers are advised to take backups before installing or using any digital product, code, theme, plugin, or script.
20. No Guarantee of Results
For services such as SEO, digital marketing, website performance, Google ranking, ads, leads, or sales, WebSaathi Technologies does not guarantee fixed results unless specifically agreed in writing.
Results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, budget, website quality, customer behavior, platform algorithms, and other external factors.
21. Errors & Updates
We may update product files, website content, prices, features, terms, or policies at any time without prior notice.
We try to keep all information accurate, but there may be occasional errors, outdated information, or technical mistakes.
22. Termination of Access
WebSaathi Technologies reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any product, service, or support if the customer violates these Terms & Conditions, misuses our products, shares files illegally, or engages in fraudulent activity.
